Students will be allocated to tutors depending on factors like age, fluency level or any specifically mentioned requests. Pairing is subjected to availability for students and demand for the language.

Upon pairing the tutor will be sent an email with details on the student’s contact information. Tutors are required to thereafter contact them and fix meeting timings, meeting platforms and other details. They are then required to report back to the team. 

Tutors are required to apply through the Google Form to tutor their desired language. They must provide legitimate information regarding contact details. Tutors are allowed to choose any number of languages that they desire to teach.

Tutors are given the option to either teach one-on-one or in a group. Tutors are also given the option to specify how many students (maximum) they would like to accommodate in their group class (if chosen).
